Important Shipping Information
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. We will then ship with USPS or FedEx from our warehouse in Philadelphia, PA, USA and you will receive your items in 2-5 business days after the order processing time. However, if some items are not in stock, we will ship what we have first and send you an e-mail to keep you up to date while we obtain your products. Any extra shipments are free of charge!
We only charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping for customers in the United States. Free shipping promotion is currently not available for international orders.
Ship to Hawaii & Alaska?
Yes! We use USPS and it usually takes 2-4 business days. There is no extra cost in shipping to either Hawaii or Alaska.
Ship to US Outlying Territories?
Yes! If your shipping address is in the following area:
- American Samoa (AS)
- Federated States of Micronesia (FM)
- Guam (GU)
- Marshall Islands (MH)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- Palau (PW)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM)
- United States Virgin Islands (VI)
You are also eligible for our United States domestic shipping $5 flat rate cost.
Rush Orders/Express Shipping: Need an order by a certain date?
If you require your order to arrive at a certain date: please please please let us know when you need an order by either email or phone.
US Military (APO / FPO / DPO) Addresses
We fully support shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses! We ship all packages to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail and we will also cover the difference in the shipping cost for Priority Mail service — you will only need to pay the $5 flat rate fee.
We fully support international shipping! Our international shipments are shipped via USPS by default and generally take 7-12 business days to arrive.
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in new condition with the original packaging intact! If you want to return an item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you want to return and the reason for the return.
Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available.
Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your return. We will then review your return package and will generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
If we receive a return after 30 days of the shipment date we can only process a store credit refund back to your account. We cannot accept returns after 45 days.
We accept item exchange requests within 30 days of the shipment date and as long as the item is still in new condition with its original packaging.
If you want to process an exchange please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Product(s) you are shipping back to us
- Product(s) (with the style/color information, if applicable) you want in the exchange.
We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged or inform you of a partial refund. Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of shipping cost for US orders. Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label for the items you are returning for the exchange.
Once we receive your return package we will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an email.
We replace all items that are damaged or defective on arrival within 30 days of our shipment date.
Product defects are very rare but do happen. We will do everything we can to replace the defective item for you and there are no costs involved.
If there are any product defects please send in a replacement request to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If applicable, please also include photos of the defect so that we can evaluate the defect. We will send you a replacement product immediately.
If we need the defective item returned back to us we will also send you a prepaid return label within the new shipment where you can easily ship it back to us at our expense.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
